Recommendation: That the Beautification Commission approve the minutes of
the February 13, 2019 and April 10, 2019 Regular Meeting.
3. MATTERS FROM STAFF
A. Little Free Libraries Project
Staff will present a status update on the Little Free Libraries Project.
B. 2019 Beautification Awards
The Beautification Commission will review the proposed flyer and award
categories, which provide a clear description to assist the Commission in
determining the winners for the Annual Beautification Awards.
Recommendation: That the Beautification Commission approve the proposed
flyer and award categories of the Beautification Awards.
