CONTRACTOR acknowledges that this is a “turn-key” contract and that the proposed cost amount is for all staff, facilities, non-revenue vehicles and equipment, supplies and services required
for the operation and management of Rosemead Transit except for those duties and responsibilities of the CITY specifically identified in the RFP.
This proposal and proposed cost are a firm, fixed offer for a period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the Proposal Due Date of January 7, 2020.
