1.FOLLOWING THE CITY GUIDELINE: Downtown buildings should have design with the concept of a
EXLOGLQJKDYLQJDGLVWLQFW´EDVHµ´PLGGOHµDQG´WRSµ.
2.TOP: New molding rooflines provided.
3.MIDDLE: Middle area contents with strong cornice, sign band, red canopies with logo. In order
to keep the architectural and interior character, six(6) classical style of decorating window
frames are provided.
4.BASE: Stone veneer install around the main entrance; Give the base a heavier and thicker design
element. Wood frame( vinyl composite decking boards) planter box for decoration and cover the
gas pipe.
5.SIDE: Both side provide sign,advertising for visual interest from the streets (both driver and
pedestrian). It can increase the interest of client to walk in.
6.LIGHTING DESIGN: for the night scene, using LED light strip for top wall appearance. Spot light
for the red canopies,and light up the logos too. Two (2) wall mount lights (Up & down shooting
direction) at the front door, will light up the stone character (heavier & thicker feeling)
