TO ALL PROSPECTIVE CONSULTANTS UNDER
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NO. 2020-04
1. Please note the underlined modifications to the RFP:
a. Mentioning of deadlines:
i. Cover Page. Thursday, April 2, 2020, date changed to “Thursday, April 16, 2020.”
ii. D. Time, Place, and Method for Proposal Submittal
i. The City must receive three (3) sets of proposals from interested Contractors no
later than 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2020, date has been changed to
Thursday, April 16, 2020.
iii. F. Deadlines table dates changed to:

Question Submittal Deadline April 7, 2020

iv. H. Award of Contract
i. Proposals must be guaranteed by the Contractors for 60 days after the quote
opening on Thursday, April 2, 2020, date changed to Thursday, April 16, 2020.
v. L. Questions/Clarifications
i. Questions must be received by 6:00 p.m. on Monday, March 23, 2020. All questions
received prior to the deadline will be collected and responses will be posted to the City's
website by 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2020, dates changed to Tuesday, April 7,
2020, and Friday, April 10, 2020 as indicated on the deadline table.
2. The rest of the Request for Proposal as originally issued shall be used in submitting proposals, and an
acknowledgment of receipt of this Addendum No.1, shall be entered in the proposal letter of Request
for Proposal No. 2020-04. Failure to provide such acknowledgment shall render the proposal as non-
responsive and subject to rejection.
