INCLUSIVELY, WHICH IS ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART

NOW, THEREFORE,THE ROSEMEAD HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Executive Director hereby certifies as to the accuracy of the

SECTION 2. The Corporation Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this resolution
and hereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
