Recommendation: That the Parks Commission approve the regular meeting minutes of March 2, 2021.
3. MATTERS FROM STAFF
A. Fund a Dream Program
This scholarship program will give youth an opportunity to participate in recreational classes and activities at
a reduced fee. The program is designed to help those families with low and moderate -income. The Fund a
Dream Program will be supported through contributions from local businesses, community organizations, and
individuals.
Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Parks Commission receive the information and provide
feedback regarding the program.
B. Monthly Parks & Recreation Department Review
Tom Boecking, Director of Parks & Recreation will review a monthly report from the Department.
