Reminder 1: Bid due date is not changed. City will receive sealed bids up to 10:30 o’clock a.m. on
Wednesday, the 12th day of January, 2022, and bids will be publicly opened 30
minutes after bid deadline.
Reminder 2: Please sign Addenda Acknowledgement on page CBF-3 of Bid Package Section Titled
“Contract Bid Forms”. Entire Section “Contract Bid Forms” shall be submitted as
Contractor’s Bid.
This addendum provides a revision to Attachment A - Safety Steel Bollard Specifications to be added to
Technical Provisions. The revision modifies the bollard from stainless steel to 16 gauge steel, and provides
clarification on the concrete.

Safety Steel Bollard Specifications (not to scale)
Safety steel bollard shall comply with the following requirement:
1. Constructed of 16 gauge steel, 6” in diameter and filled with minimum 3,000 PSI concrete, with
rounded top
2. Spaced at 4’ on center between posts
3. Set at 3 feet deep in a concrete footing 15” diameter
4. Top of post shall be 4 feet above ground
5. Bollard shall be powder coated “OSHA” safety Yellow
