In September 2018, prior Public Works staff directed CEJ Engineers, Inc. to place the design of the Project on hold, and the Project has been inactive since. The required services include additional field assessment to reconfirm existing conditions, design of relocated fixed structures within the public right-of-way, and public outreach with property owners for such relocations. Staff is requesting to reinstate and amend the professional services agreement with CEJ Engineers, Inc. to extend the contract term and approve compensation to perform the additional services.
