SUMMARY
Council Member Armenta requested the City Council discuss and provide direction regarding a
possible Smoke -Free Ordinance relating to outdoor dining and multi -unit housing.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council discuss and provide further direction.
