This meeting will be held virtually. Members of the
Commission may teleconference into the meeting
without noticing each teleconference location from
which a member is participating in a public meeting.
Brown Act:
Pursuant to provisions of the Brown Act, no action may
be taken on a matter unless it is listed on the agenda,
or unless certain emergency or special circumstances
exist. The Beautification Commission may direct staff
to investigate and/or schedule certain matters for
consideration at a future Commission meeting.

Public Comments:
The Commission will receive public comments on
matters not listed on the agenda during the Public

Recommendation: That the Beautification Commission provide feedback and
direction.

October 12, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
