SUBJECT: CONSIDERATION TO CANCEL THE MARCH 28, 2023 CITY COUNCIL
MEETING
SUMMARY
Due to upcoming scheduling conflicts and no scheduled business items, the City Council will
consider action to cancel the March 28, 2023, City Council meeting. The next regular meeting
date will be on April 11, 2023.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
That the City Council approve the cancellation of the March 28, 2023, City Council meeting due
to lack of quorum.
FISCAL IMPACT
Meeting cancellation will result in a cost saving of city attorney fees.
ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS
The proposed action does not constitute a project under the California Environmental Quality
Act ("CEQA"), and it can be seen with certainty that it will have no impact on the environment.
As such, this matter is exempt under CEQA.

This item has been noticed through the regular agenda notification process.
