SUMMARY
The City Council will consider authorizing the attendance of the any Council Member who wishes
to attend the AIPAC Leadership Summit 2023, from September 22 - 24, 2023 in Denver, Colorado.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council authorize any Council Member to attend the AIPAC
Leadership Summit 2023, from September 22 - 24, 2023 in Denver, Colorado.
ANALYSIS
The Expense and Use of Public Resources Policy, adopted by City Council Resolution
No. 2005-47, requires City Council approval for out-of-state travel beyond an adjacent state.
Funding for this purpose is contained in the City's annual budget.
