AND ADVOCACY SERVICES REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

SUMMARY
Mayor Ly has requested that an item be placed on the agenda to discuss the creation of a
subcommittee to review and select a preferred consultant for RFP 2023-11: State Lobbyist and
Advocacy Services.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council discuss and provide further direction to City staff.
ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS
The proposed action does not constitute a project under the California Environmental Quality Act
("CEQA"), and it can be seen with certainty that it will have no impact on the environment. As
such, this matter is exempt under CEQA.
