The special meeting of the Rosemead City Council was called to order by Mayor Ly
at 6:00 p.m., in the Rosemead City Hall Council Chamber located at 8838 E. Valley Boulevard,
Rosemead, CA 91770.
PRESENT: Mayor Ly, Mayor Pro Tem Clark, Council Members Armenta, Dang (teleconferenced),
and Low
ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Kim, City Attorney Richman, and City Clerk Hernandez
1. CLOSED SESSION
A. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINE/DISMISSAL/RELEASE
PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54957 (b)

PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54957 (b)(1)
Title: City Manager
City Attorney Richman stated the City Council would go into Closed Session to
discuss two items and would report on any reportable action.
Mayor Ly recessed the Closed Session at 6:02 p.m. and reconvened at 7:00 p.m. He
announced the City Council would reconvene back to Closed Session after the
adjournment of the regular City Council meeting.
The City Council special meeting reconvened at 8:48 p.m.
City Attorney Richman reported there was no reportable action taken in Closed
Session.
2. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Ly adjourned the special meeting at 10:30 p.m.
