SUBJECT: 2024 CITY COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULE
SUMMARY
City Council meetings are held every second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
Historically, the City Council has cancelled the second meetings in August (summer break),
November (Thanksgiving), and December (Christmas). Attached is the proposed meeting
schedule for the 2024 calendar year. Adopting a meeting schedule will allow and provide the
City Council, staff, and the community with an opportunity to plan their schedules accordingly.
It is at the discretion of the City Council to add, adjust or cancel meetings as deemed necessary.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council adopt a City Council meeting schedule for the 2024
calendar year.
