This AGREEMENT made and entered into, upon full execution by signature, by and between
Stiles Animal Removal hereinafter referred to as "SAR" and City of Rosemead, Public Satety
Department hereinafter referred to as "CLIENT".

Witnesseth, the parties do hereby contract and agree as follows:
Scone of Work: SAR shall perform, within the time stipulated; the contract as herein define, and
shall provide all labor and materials to complete in a professional manner all work of the
required in connection with the following: Client will bring deceased animals as needed from a
chest style freezer of which the contents will contain no more than 600lbs of animals. Animals
will be delivered directly to SAR and upon offload will become the property and sole
responsibility of SAR. SAR will dispose of all animals in a sanitary fashion in accordance with
all local laws and ordinances.

Term of Agreement: The term of this agreement shall be June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024.
Termination: This agreement maybe terminated by either party upon a thirty day written notice
to the other party in the event of failure of performance.
Contract Pricing: The CLIENT shall pay to SAR as full consideration for the faithful
performance of the contract, the sum of Two Hundred dollars ($ 200 ) per
service, according to the scope of work.

The CLIENT shalt not be responsible for payment of additional expenses related to but absent in
the SCOPE OF WORK.
