STATS OVER THE PAST WEEK
According to our data collected for week 5/20/2024 to 5/24/2024, we
made 33 engagements of which 6 were first time engagements, 27
follow up engagements with 1 engagement refusing supportive
services.
HIGHLIGHT
• 7 individuals were linked to interim housing. (3)SoulHousing, (1)Safe
Landing, (1) VOA Lancaster, 0) Motel via EMAUS, and 0) Safe Parking SF
West LA/2 individuals were linked to permanent housing. (2) Family
Reunification
• 1 individual was linked to SUD services (1) Exodus Sobering Center/ 2
individual linked to mental health services

FUTURE GOALS
• Follow up with client regarding consistent engagement with mental
health provider.
