SUBJECT: BUS STOP IMPROVEMENTS
SUMMARY
The referenced project has been constructed in conformance with the approved plans
and specifications and is ready for acceptance of work.
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends that the City Council accept the above referenced project, authorize
the recordation of Notice of Completion by the City Clerk; and authorize the release of
the 10 percent retention payment 35 days after the recorded date of the Notice of
Completion.
ANALYSIS
Attached is the final report of project cost. The original contract (base bid) amount was
$264,068.64. The total amount to be paid to the contractor including quantity adjustment
and retention is $264,069.16.
FINANCE REVIEW
Funding for the Bus Stop Improvements was included in the current fiscal year budget
utilizing Air Quality Management District (AQMD) and Proposition C funds.

This item has been noticed through the regular agenda notification process.
