The special meeting of the Rosemead City Council was called to order by Mayor Tran at 5:00 p.m. in the
Rosemead City Hall Conference Room, 8838 E. Valley Boulevard, Rosemead California. ,

INVOCATION: Council Member Clark
ROLL CALL OF OFFICERS PRESENT: Council Member's Clark, Low, Taylor, Mayor Pro Tern Nunez,
Mayor Tran.
OFFICIALS PRESENT: City Attorney Yin and City Clerk Molleda.

2. INTERVIEW CANDIDATES FOR THE TRAFFIC COMMISSION
Traffic Commission Interviews were held in public session in the following order:
Joan Hunter
Elizabeth B. Stonecypher
Howard Masuda
Phong Ly
Joanne Russell
Council Member Clark made a motion, seconded by Council Member Low to re-appoint Howard
Masuda to serve on the Traffic Commission. Vote resulted in:
Yes: Clark, Low, Nunez, Taylor, Tran
No: None
Abstain: None
Absent: None
Council Member Clark made a substitute motion, seconded by Council Member Taylor to appoint
Joan Hunter to serve on the Traffic Commission. Vote resulted in:
Yes: Clark, Taylor
No: Low, Nunez, Tran
Abstain: None
Absent: None

Mayor Pro Tern Nunez made a motion, seconded by Council Member Low to appoint Joan Russell
to serve on the Traffic Commission. Vote resulted in:
