RESOLUTION NO. 2017-38 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF ROSEMEAD, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING ANNUAL <br /> SALARY RANGES AND BENEFITS FOR CLASSIFICATIONS IN <br /> THE GENERAL SERVICES UNIT OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD <br /> WHEREAS, THE FOLLOWING classifications in the General Service of the City of <br /> Rosemead ("City") are critical to the efficient and effective operations of the City; <br /> WHEREAS, employees in these classifications are non-exempt under the provisions of <br /> the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish the compensation levels for <br /> classifications in General Service of the City; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective beginning July 1, 2017, the City <br /> Council amend the existing Memorandum of Understanding to include the salary ranges and <br /> benefits for the classifications covered by this Resolution. <br /> SECTION 1: APPLICABILITY <br /> Full-time Team Members in the following classifications are covered by this Resolution: <br /> General Service Unit <br /> Accounting Specialist Housing Project Coordinator <br /> Accounting Specialist, Senior Human Resources Specialist <br /> Administrative Assistant Maintenance Worker ' <br /> Assistant Planner Maintenance Lead Worker <br /> Code Enforcement Officer Office Specialist <br /> Facilities Technician Public Safety Coordinator <br /> Recreation Coordinator <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the <br /> City of Rosemead on the 81" day of August 2017. <br /> q Polly Low, , a r <br /> ATTEST: �4/ <br /> Marc Donohue, City f rk <br /> APPROVVyASTOORM: <br /> ache!
