Brown Act:
Pursuant to provisions of the Brown Act, no action may
be taken on a matter unless it is listed on the agenda,
or unless certain emergency or special circumstances
exist. The Beautification Commission may direct staff
to investigate and/or schedule certain matters for
consideration at a future Commission meeting.
Commission agenda materials may be viewed online:
www.rosemeadca.gov and meetings are streamed live
on the City’s meeting web portal under the Meetings
and Agendas page.
Public Comments:
The Commission will receive public comments on
matters not listed on the agenda during the Public
Comment period. Opportunity to address the
Commission is limited to 3 minutes per speaker.

This agenda was posted 72 hours in advance of the
meeting at City Hall, 8838 E. Valley Boulevard,
Rosemead, and other locations pursuant to RMC
Sec. 1.08.020.
Any writings or documents provided to a majority of the
Rosemead Beautification Commission regarding any
item on this agenda will be made available for public
inspection in the City Clerk’s Office during normal
business hours.

A. Winners of the Annual Holiday Decoration Awards
The Beautification Commission will announce the winners of the 2025 Holiday
Decoration Awards in the following categories: Best Display of Lights Award;
Most Traditional Award; Best Use of Unique Characters; Most Festive Award;
and the Marie Spadaro Christmas Castle Award (Grand Prize).
B. Commissioners Comments

The next regular Beautification Commission meeting will be held on Wednesday,
January 14, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
